As the thread title implies when having the Home Country set on Cote D'Ivoire with Domestic Only enabled the account gets permanently bugged with the following error message no matter what I do:
Sorry, an error was encountered.
We could not process your request. (ext)
To be sure the country was the real reason this happened I created another account named exactly "Research", set Home Country as "Cote D'Ivoire" and then applied Domestic Only - it worked up to the point until I enabled the Domestic Only Setting. Now I would guess it has something to do with the apostrophe which creates the error but no matter what it is my other account is now permanently locked and I won't be able to use it until its unlocked (it's a buyer account I use separately from my Vendor Account so I would prefer not to name it publicly here - a mod could perhaps contact me?).
If anyone wonders why I set Cote D'Ivoire as Home Country to begin with I will have a post up about that within the hour or so. :)
